All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. If there is a delay due to stock availability or order volume, processing times may be extended.

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided are accurate and complete. Delays resulting from incorrect information are not the responsibility of Intelligent Power Solutions.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery. Customers should inspect all goods upon arrival and report any visible damage promptly.
Intelligent Power Solutions accepts returns under the following conditions:
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must obtain an RMA number before shipping any items back. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
All returned units or battery kits must be unused and in their original packaging material.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
